IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
Yes, there is a minimum of $100.00 on all rental orders.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you have finished browsing through the catalog. select your items and make a list. Call or e-mail us to make an appointment to come to our warehouse where we can walk you through your wedding/reception and confirm you have everything needed for your special day. This also gives you a chance to view items personally and see new items just arrived. Don't forget to bring your list if you have made one.
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
Items are rented on a "24 hour" daily rate with the exception of weddings. Wedding rentals can be picked up the day before the wedding and returned two days after the wedding for no additional charge. Any additional time requested will be charged per day.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Most of The Barn Door's collection are one of a kind items, therefore if you are interested in renting, you should make your reservation as soon as possible. Weddings are renting anywhere from 6 months to a year in advance.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY?
E-mail us immediately if you have a change to your order, or if you want to add to your list of items to ensure its availability. In case of a cancellation, you have up to THIRTY days prior to your event date to cancel however you will forfeit any deposits. Any cancellation made within 14 days prior to the event date, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO PAID IN FULL RECEIPTS.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
The Barn Door does not have an after hours exchange service however the phone numbers listed are cell phone numbers and can be reached at most times of the day and early evening only on any given day.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Upon reservation, a 50% deposit will be due on your total order with the final payment due 14 days prior to your event. We take cash, check, debit/credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Discover). Checks are not accepted prior to 30 days of scheduled event date.
